Locanda Rossignoli 1913 is located in the heart of the historic center of Casale Monferrato, in the province of Alessandria.
The restaurant specialises in the cuisine of Monferrato and Piedmont.

We have several tasting menus, as well as menus for celiacs, vegans and vegetarians. A short distance from the trattoria, we run a winery-gineria where, on Friday, we offer a special menu accompanied with excellent wines and liqueurs.
